Today Is In God's Hands And So Are You

 I did not write this below but it encouraged me this morning! I hope you all have a blessed and joyful day!

God's Hands
Today is in God's hands and so are you.
His hands are strong and will uphold you;
His hands are great and will enfold you;

His hands are gentle and will embrace you;
His hands are protective and will cover you;
His hands are reassuring and will quiet you;
His hands are powerful and will defend you;
His hands are parental and will train you;
His hands are masterful and will conform you;
His hands are compassionate and will care for you;
His hands are healing and will renew you;
His hands are calming and will comfort you;
His hands are giving and will bless you.
The hands that hold you will never let you down.

Homeownership Under Assault

  • Home Ownership Under Assault: 4 Issues Threaten Housing Market Recovery

    Drowned out by such salacious news as Weinergate and Wikileaks, the very real attack on our nation’s housing market has gone virtually unnoticed by most Americans. But the outcome of this assault will hurt your ability to buy, own, and sell a home, long after the latest scandal fades from the headlines. So mute Nancy Grace, put down your People magazine, and turn your attention, just for a moment, to the not-so-sexy but far more important topic of housing policy. We promise it’s not just for political wonks anymore. Read

FHA-Backed Loans Make Sense

  • FHA-Backed Loans Make Sense; It’s Congress’ Whims that are Nonsensical

    Does your credit score fall below the 640 to 650 range? If so, good luck getting a home mortgage or refinance through traditional lending channels. Since the housing market crashed in 2008, lenders have tightened their belts and turned away borrowers who have less-than-perfect credit scores or low downpayments. Luckily for you, if you’re looking to buy or refi, the local bank isn’t your last resort for a home loan. Read

It's All About Your Reaction!

Seems everyone out there is negative, negative, negative! From the news media to your next door neighbor we are bombarded with doom and gloom. God has everything under control and He says put your faith and trust in Him as He knows exactly what is going to happen and will take care of it all in due time. We are to keep on doing the right thing, keep on encouraging each other, keep on working hard and doing whatever we can to make a difference in this life regardless of its circumstances. Every time you get knocked down by a negative comment just smile and say to yourself I will weather this storm and the next and the next. Life is not about never having any storms. Life is all about your reaction to them.

God bless each of you no matter what your storm.

I hope everyone is doing well! WOW! I cannot believe how hot it is and June has only just begun.

I have had much happen since I wrote my last blog. Hackers certainly know how to upset your life.  Someone hacked my Facebook and email account and STILL Facebook has yet to help me.  I can see my photos, my info and my life right in front of me yet I cannot gain access to my own site.  This hacker gained access to my password, changed out all my legitimate contact info which was lisaebersole@charter.net and lisaebersole62@yahoo.com and replaced it with lisa_ebersole@yahoo.com which is NOT my email address. They also took down my phone number and started mass emailing and instant messaging my friends and clients asking for money. I have sent multiple emails and letters to Facebook and STILL no help. Anytime I send an email through my lisaebersole62@yahoo.com and anyone responds to me automatically this hacker has it set up that my email is being taken out and the lisa_ebersole@yahoo.com is inserted and my emails are being diverted to them instead of me. It is quite infuriating.  I am thankful that Yahoo once I sent them almost 100 pages of evidence of conversations with my clients and other evidence they were able to see the person who hacked my account. They SAY they have taken the necessary measures against this person but it is in their POLICY to not tell me what that might be. Also infuriating since this hacker deleted all my contacts, emails and sent emails. All of this originated on FACEBOOK.  Facebook users please beware.  I am almost certain FB leaked these passwords. I am reading more and more about the lack of privacy and security on FB so enter at your own risk.

I am still waiting and hoping that FB will come forward to help me gain access to my account but so far it's a no go.

I hope you all are safe out there in cyberland. I would like to hear from you if you have had a similar experience to mine.
